Locally-grown Murasaki sweet potatoes offer a mild, nutty flavor and supple texture to this unique pancake mix.
Suggestions for Use:
Add 1 cup pancake mix, 1 egg, 1 Tbsp. oil, 1 cup milk to bowl and mix well. Add oil to pan and heat over medium low heat. Add 1/4c. batter to pan and cook 4-5 minutes per side, until brown and cooked through. Serve with syrup, fruit, or any of your favorite pancake toppings! Please note that this gluten-free mix may require slightly lower heat and longer cook time than traditional flour pancakes.
