This tea mixed really helped with my stomach pain. For a while, I was feeling nauseous whenever I ate anything. I tried going to doctors, but still could not figure out what was wrong. I started taking this daily and after a few weeks, I started noticing improvements. And after a few months of taking this daily, I stopped feeling nauseous. I highly recommend this! It mixes well with warm water and honey for a good taste.
