What should I do if the gray pump top is loose or comes off?

Press the gray pump top firmly down onto the bottle until it clicks into place. Cream may dispense while you are securing the pump. If this happens, you can apply the dispensed cream as usual.

Does black turmeric stain the skin like yellow turmeric?

Black turmeric is naturally different from familiar yellow turmeric. It does not leave the same strong yellow or orange staining, and despite its distinctive blue-toned rhizome, black turmeric does not stain the skin at all. Therefore, BT Radiant Renewal Cream leaves no blue or purple tint on the skin.

Is BT Radiant Renewal Cream organic?

BT Radiant Renewal Cream is not certified as an organic finished cosmetic. However, ingredient quality is an important part of how we developed the formula.
