Veg & Grain Combo
We all know we are supposed to eat vegetables and grains on a daily basis. This knowledge has been around forever. However, let's be honest, who does it? These days, who has the time, or even the motivation to make this a reality? Well, the Vegetable and Grain blend makes this a possibility. Even the most unmotivated (like me) can throw a couple of spoonfuls of this into a drink, or add it to a soup or include it in some way into your daily routine. It makes you so healthy and takes away all the guilt about not taking care of yourself. (I'm trying to be honest here.) I've been taking this for years and it makes me happy and healthy.
